I have been a resident of Harbury for 17 years and wish to strongly object to the proposed new settlement F1. My concerns include the lack of immediate local educational provision, the challenges in creating new employment due to poor site accessibility, fragmented land ownership affecting deliverability, inadequate transport links with no rail access and busy surrounding roads, and the recent approval of a solar farm that will hinder further development. I request that these points be considered in discussions regarding the SWLP F1 proposal. Thank you.
