I oppose the inclusion of SG24 in the South Warwickshire Local Plan. As a Hockley Heath resident for 11 years, I believe the proposed scale of development threatens our village identity and community cohesion. SG24 lacks justification under the Solihull Local Plan and would cause irreversible harm to the green belt and local biodiversity. There are significant infrastructure concerns, as existing services are already stretched. The proposal also ignores flooding risks and sustainability principles. In its current form, SG24 cannot be considered a strategic growth location without further review and alternatives.
