I wish to register my objection to the proposed development concerning SG24, particularly the plan to increase Hockley Heath's homes from 700 to 5,000. This sevenfold increase would lead to severe issues, including exacerbated flooding, loss of Green Belt land, and congestion on the A3400. The local plan supports only small-scale development, and the village lacks the necessary infrastructure to support such growth. Additionally, the development would harm wildlife, alter Hockley Heath's character, and create potential disputes over service provision between Solihull MBC and the South Warwickshire Councils.
