I object to the proposed development in Hockley Heath for plot SG24. While I recognise the need for housing, the number of properties planned will negatively impact the village. The development encroaches on green belt land, leading to irreversible wildlife loss. Additionally, local roads, including Stratford Road, cannot handle the increased traffic, especially given existing issues with the M40 and M42 motorways. During heavy rainfall, Stratford Road frequently floods. The village also lacks sufficient schooling, public transport, and health services to support this development. Please consider my objection.
