I oppose the inclusion of SG24 in the SWLP as it threatens the local character of Hockley Heath, and our community ties. The scale of development is excessive and undermines our village identity. SG24 lacks proper consideration of the Solihull Local Plan, ignores viable brownfield alternatives, and fails to address environmental and biodiversity impacts. Infrastructure planning is insufficient, and flooding risks are neglected. Overall, SG24's development is unsustainable and would irreparably damage our quality of life. I urge a comprehensive review of the plan before proceeding.
