I formally object to the proposed development of settlement C1, Chessetts Wood Road Lapworth (Ref 615) and the cumulative impact of developments around Lapworth and Hockley Heath due to significant impact on the area's beauty, historic properties, and local tourism. Increased traffic and pollution would degrade infrastructure and harm local businesses. The development would lead to light and noise pollution, require new bridges over canals, and exacerbate issues with limited gas supply and sewage systems. Lapworth train station is already inadequate, lacking bus services, and the local school cannot accommodate more children. Additionally, the disruption to wildlife is a serious concern.
