I am writing to object to the proposal to develop the land on Luddington Road, close to the Evesham Road. SG19 for the following reasons:

- increased risk of flooding in already flood prone gardens/ properties by Shottery Brook
- loss of natural habitat and wildlife corridors
- increased light pollution impacting homes nearby
- loss of productive agricultural land
