I live in Tiddington and having studied the local plan for South Warwickshire I wish to register my objections.

This development would significantly harm the character of the landscape.
There is overdevelopment of the area already.
There is a lack of rail connectivity.
There is an appalling lack of road infrastructure and maintenance.
There would be significant increase in traffic impacting the B4086 both from development in Tiddington and that proposed for Wellesbourne.
This would also compromise the bottleneck that is Clopton bridge.
The doctors, dentists and schools serving the area are already oversubscribed with no current plans to address this matter.
The village of Tiddington has retained a separate identity from Stratford upon Avon through the establishment of a ‘strategic gap’ of un-developed land, which SDC has taken into consideration when assessing planning applications. This must remain in place.
