I have lived in Ufton for 28 years and strongly object to the proposed new settlement F1. The planned schools will take time to build, with no interim provisions available. The site's location hampers new employment opportunities, and fragmented landownership raises deliverability concerns. Transport links are inadequate, lacking a rail connection and facing heavy traffic on surrounding roads. Limited bus services further exacerbate this issue. Additionally, a recently granted solar farm will restrict further development. I ask that my comments be considered in discussions regarding the SWLP F1 proposal.
