I live in Snitterfield and have concerns about the building plans in Bearley. While I support appropriate development, I worry about the impact on the local character, road safety, flooding, school capacity, medical care, green belt, cycle routes, and public transport. The proposed development could harm the historic villages and increase traffic issues, especially around schools. Additionally, there is a need for more medical provisions and better transport links. I object to the current proposal but would consider supporting a revised plan that addresses these concerns. Please confirm receipt of this email.
