I formally object to the proposal for 8,000 new houses in the Hatton B1 area due to major concerns about traffic infrastructure, wildlife preservation, and local healthcare capacity. The existing roads cannot handle the increased traffic, leading to congestion and safety issues. The development would also destroy critical habitats, threatening local biodiversity. Additionally, local hospitals are already at full capacity, and adding a large population would overwhelm healthcare services. I urge the planning committee to reconsider this proposal to protect the environment and community health. A more sustainable approach is essential.
