I formally object to designating Hockley Heath (SG24) as a Strategic Growth Location in the South Warwickshire Local Plan. Having lived here for eight years, I believe this development threatens our village's rural character and community. Key concerns include the potential loss of village identity, strain on inadequate infrastructure and local services, increased traffic congestion and safety risks, flooding issues due to poor drainage, and encroachment on protected Green Belt land. I urge the council to reconsider this proposal and select more suitable locations for housing growth. Thank you for considering my views.
