I object to the proposal to develop potential settlement C1. This is a large area of green belt land, which would merge Kingswood and Rowington into a massive housing estate. This will harm the rural diversity and destroy wildlife habitats. The area lacks essential services, including a regular bus service, sufficient railway capacity, and adequate local healthcare and education facilities. Additionally, there are limited job opportunities, forcing residents to rely on vehicles for travel, which will increase traffic, pollution, and carbon emissions, contradicting the Government's net zero carbon commitment.
