I strongly object to the proposed development in Hockley Heath due to existing surface water drainage issues that would worsen with more homes. The village lacks adequate infrastructure for education, health, and transport to support such development. Increased traffic on the already congested A3400 raises accident risks. The development contradicts Solihull MBC's local plan, which allows only small-scale projects. Moreover, the burden on Solihull for services would be unfair and likely lead to disputes. Additionally, building on Green Belt land would harm wildlife and diminish residents' well-being.
