I formally object to the inclusion of the proposed New Settlement location at B1 - Land at Hatton in the South Warwickshire Local Plan. As residents of Claverdon, we are concerned about the strain on infrastructure, the impact on community dynamics, the threat to the Green Belt, environmental degradation, and potential harm to nearby heritage sites. The proposed development of around 8,000 dwellings would significantly alter the rural character and historical significance of the area. I urge the Council to reconsider this allocation and prioritise the preservation of our community and its environment.
