As a resident of Warwick, I formally object to the proposed development at Land at Hatton, site B1 in the South Warwickshire Local Plan. The development would occupy 68% of the remaining land in Hatton Parish, which has no current development needs due to a stable population and low unemployment. I am concerned about urban sprawl, loss of identity, increased pollution, traffic congestion, and the impact on biodiversity and health. I urge planners and councillors to reject this proposal, as it threatens our open spaces and the identities of our community.
