As a Rowington resident, I object to the proposed New Settlement location C1 Land South of Kingswood due to significant concerns. Developing this site will result in the loss of Green Belt land, negatively impacting public health, biodiversity, and food security. Flood risks are heightened, and current infrastructure, including roads and schools, is already overstretched. Moreover, the area's cultural heritage, linked to historical sites, will suffer. I find the South Warwickshire Local Plan difficult to navigate, limiting public engagement. I urge planners to reject this proposal based on these critical issues.
