I strongly object to the development plans for Hockley Heath outlined in "SG24." The loss of Green Belt would undermine the area's semi-rural character. Existing infrastructure cannot support the current 700 homes, let alone an additional 5,000, as there are no doctors, chemists, or sufficient schools. The limited recreation area is inadequate, and traffic issues would worsen, especially accessing the A34. Furthermore, flooding on Stratford Road during heavy rain raises concerns about additional development. I was under the impression that development would be small-scale, and this plan disregards that understanding.
