I wish to object to the proposed development around SG24 due to its potential adverse effects on our village. The scale of the development would exacerbate existing traffic issues, strain our limited bus services, and overwhelm the already busy doctors' surgery and primary school. Additionally, flooding problems during heavy rain could worsen. As a resident of Hockley Heath for 25 years, I value our small, quiet village and believe it is unfair to encroach on our Greenbelt land when there are better alternatives elsewhere.
