I strongly object to the proposed development of Hockley Heath (SG24 of the South Warwickshire Local Plan). When purchasing my home, I valued its greenbelt location, which should protect it from such developments. The area lacks the necessary infrastructure to support additional housing, and increased traffic will exacerbate congestion on already narrow roads, posing risks to pedestrians. Local amenities are insufficient, particularly for teenagers, and the healthcare services are inadequate. This development would harm our village's identity and well-being. I urge Warwick District Council to cancel any plans for this development.
