Hockley Heath SG24 Objection

To whoever it may concern,

I am writing to you to object to this proposal for a number of reasons which I have listed below:
- There are not enough services such as GPs, schools, or public transport to support 10,000 people. There is one primary school, no GP, and little public transport as the nearest train station is in Dorridge.
- Traffic would significantly increase on the Stratford Road/A34 which would cause even more congestion. The A34 is already very congested, especially when there are issues on the M40/M42.
- This development would have a severe impact on the biodiversity and wildlife in Hockey Heath.
- The loss of green space would negatively affect the mental health of existing and new residents, as many residents use this green space for exercise, wellbeing, and dog-walking.
