As a resident of Wellesbourne, I object to the proposed South Warwickshire Local Plan due to several significant issues. The development threatens our landscape's character, increases flood risks, and lacks adequate public transport, leading to traffic congestion. Additionally, the loss of valuable farmland would harm local agriculture. The scale of development risks changing our village status and undermines community spirit. Furthermore, the plan does not address the rising demand for educational and health facilities, which are already under strain. I urge the council to reconsider this proposal.
