I am writing to object to the proposed development in the SG18 area of Stratford-Upon-Avon. There are increased flooding risks following the recent roundabout installation. The Stratford-on-Avon Core Strategy prohibits developments that heighten flooding risks, and I fear that building on this land will exacerbate the situation. Additionally, the development would harm local wildlife and significantly degrade the views from Luddington Road and Bordon Hill. I urge that these concerns are taken into account and that the opinions of local residents are respected.
