I formally object to SG24 Hockley Heath in the emerging South Warwickshire Local Plan. I chose my property for its semi-rural setting, and I am concerned that proposed developments could transform our village into a small town, compromising green belt land and overstretching local infrastructure. Issues include biodiversity loss, increased traffic congestion, insufficient public transport, educational pressures, inadequate health services, poor water supply, and rising crime. These developments would exacerbate existing problems, making Hockley Heath less sustainable and compromising the quality of life for residents.
