I formally submit my objection to the SG24 Proposal for several reasons. The village already faces surface water drainage issues, with the A34 flooding regularly. Increased traffic from the proposal would exacerbate congestion and safety risks. Our infrastructure lacks the capacity for such development, affecting education, health, and transport. Current power cuts and poor phone signal would worsen with more residents. Although the development is in South Warwickshire, its impacts would unfairly burden Solihull. Additionally, the proposal threatens Green Belt land, wildlife, and the rural character of Hockley Heath.
