I formally object to the proposed Hockley Heath SG24 development due to concerns about inadequate infrastructure to support increased housing. The current roadworks on the M42 have led to heightened traffic and pollution, negatively affecting local wildlife and plants. Public transport options are limited, with only infrequent bus services, making access difficult for residents. Utilities are overstretched, and healthcare services are lacking. Education facilities are already full, further stressing local resources. Additionally, the proposal threatens the village's character, wildlife habitats, and green belt land, which are vital for residents' well-being.
