SG16 South Wellesbourne - This will cause significant harm to the character of the landscape as there is also a lack of Rail connectivity. Also a lack of Educational facilities and a huge impact on the Airfield. Wellesbourne would lose its village status because of urban sprawl, and there will also be depletion of the best most versatile land.
