As a resident of Rowington Green, I object strongly to the housing proposal for the C1 site south of Kingswood in Lapworth. This development threatens the environment, rural green belt, and local infrastructure. I've seen a decline in local services, including healthcare and schools, which cannot support a sixfold population increase. Additionally, Lapworth station and roads are inadequate, posing safety risks. The area is rich in wildlife and historical significance, which would be lost. I urge the Council to prioritise urban infill and repurpose empty buildings rather than destroy our beautiful countryside. Please reconsider this proposal.
