I formally object to the proposed SG24 development in Hockley Heath, where I have lived for over 40 years. This development threatens local wildlife, greenbelt land, and the village's identity. The existing infrastructure, including schools and healthcare, is already at capacity and cannot accommodate the additional strain from SG24. The local road network is insufficient for increased traffic, exacerbating congestion and pollution. Additionally, flooding and power supply issues remain unaddressed. I urge South Warwickshire to reconsider this proposal, as it does not align with the Solihull local plan for only small-scale developments.
