I wish to formally object to the proposed development in Hockley Heath. The village is already facing surface water drainage issues, and additional development would exacerbate this problem and negatively affect new homes. The existing infrastructure cannot support such a large development, and it would significantly increase traffic on the congested A3400, raising accident risks. This development contradicts Solihull MBC's local plan, which permits only small-scale projects. Additionally, the land is on Green Belt, which should be protected, and the burden of increased population services would unfairly fall on Solihull.
