Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

I am formally objecting to the South Warwickshire Local Plan affecting Hockley Heath. This plan threatens to change our village's character and worsening traffic issues. It already poses traffic problems due to the M42 being one end and the M40 the other so we are essentially a cut through to gain access to the motorways and other developments such as Blythe Valley. Also, there is no public transport with direct access to Birmingham, the buses to Solihull only run every half hour and on a Sunday there is a reduced timetable – not sufficient enough public transport to accommodate up to 5000 homes. The demand for education would exceed supply, with waiting lists already prevalent in local schools. Additionally, the plan would devastate wildlife and green belt land, undermining our agricultural self-sufficiency. While I support small developments, I oppose building on green belt land when brownfield sites are available. For these reasons and more, I strongly object to the Hockley Heath SG24 plan.
