I am submitting my comments regarding SGO4 - Kenilworth as a proposed site for over 1200 houses I have major concerns about the inadequate road infrastructure, the potential traffic congestion, and the impact on local schools and shops. The current roads, particularly Rouncil Lane and the A46, cannot handle the expected increase in traffic. Furthermore, the development encroaches on Green Belt land without addressing essential infrastructure needs. I urge you to reconsider this proposal unless substantial plans for roads, education, and retail are established. The Plan is not a joined-up approach.
