I am aware that it is necessary for more housing developments. However I think it is vital that each area is considered for its suitability within the surrounding area, and for the people who will be living there.

I think there are considerable problems for the proposed development C1 between Lapworth and Rowington

Namely:-

This area is green belt agricultural land.
The infrastructure is completely inadequate for so such a great increase in population.
Transport:- the roads are already congested.
Lapworth station on the Chiltern Line, which runs at capacity, has only parking for 16 cars.
The present bus service would be totally inadequate.
Anybody living here would to their own transport.
Other major areas where amenities would be inadequate are; schooling, doctor's surgeries, access to shops, availability for social live - pubs etc.
Basic supplies - Electricity, there is no gas, water - these are at times lacking now.
