I strongly object to the proposed housing developments in Hatton, Lapworth, and Rowington. The recent homes in Hatton are struggling to sell, raising questions about the need for more. Building on green belt land threatens wildlife habitats, essential for pollination and food production. Roads are already congested and dangerous, with limited public transport and no capacity for infrastructure expansion. Our local healthcare and schools are at capacity, and the area's appeal for outdoor activities would diminish. I urge reconsideration of existing properties instead of developing green belt land.
