I object to the SWLP for Wellesbourne due to increased traffic, which burdens already overused roads and harms the environment. The local school is full, adding pressure to outlying schools and worsening traffic and parking issues. Local amenities, including dentists and doctors, are at capacity. The village faces flooding problems despite mitigation efforts, and any new development threatens prime agricultural land, contrary to government aims. The allotments, established in 1838, lack legal protection due to their private ownership, a mistake acknowledged by local officials. They should remain designated green space.
