I believe the Council's calculations lack a necessary buffer and fail to justify a windfall allowance of 9,375. I suggest that the Council consider additional sites, particularly Lodge Farm, which could provide around 720 dwellings, including affordable and retirement housing. This site is well-connected and aligns with spatial growth priorities, thus addressing local housing needs effectively.
