I object to the proposed Strategic Growth location SG15 in the South Warwickshire Local Plan, as they will harm Charlecote and its surroundings. The developments threaten the village's character, increase flood risks due to surface water runoff, and exacerbate traffic congestion due to the lack of rail connectivity. The loss of vital farmland and the potential transformation of Wellesbourne into a town would strip it of its community identity. Additionally, there is no plan to enhance local schools or healthcare services, which are already under strain. I urge the council to reconsider these plans.
