I live in Hockley Heath and often face long delays when turning right onto the A3400 due to traffic, especially from motorists cutting through. The area is at risk of being overwhelmed by housing development, with over 2000 homes proposed, which is disproportionate to its size and infrastructure. Hockley Heath lacks sufficient transport links, making reliance on cars inevitable. Additionally, the proposed developments threaten local wildlife and the rural landscape, directly contradicting guidelines aimed at protecting biodiversity and the countryside. I urge Warwick council to consider my views in their housing plans.
