I am writing to express my strong concerns regarding the proposed housing development in and around Hockley Heath (SG24). I firmly believe that this project would have a detrimental impact on our community.

Firstly, the proposed development is simply too large for our area. The resulting increase in population density would place excessive strain on our already overburdened infrastructure, leading to heightened traffic congestion, noise pollution, and additional pressure on essential public services such as schools and GP surgeries.
The construction of this development would cause significant environmental damage, destroying natural habitats and putting local wildlife at high risk.
In light of these concerns, I strongly urge you to reconsider this proposed development in order to preserve the well-being of our community and environment.
