Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

I have grave concerns that this will jeventually become a massive new town, merging with Dorridge and Birmingham.

Of particular concern to me is the irreplaceable damage this will cause to the local environment that will be devastated by being buried under tons of bricks and mortar, never to see the light of day, a total travesty. What provision will be made to preserve mature woodland and all the flaura and fauna it supports?

The developments can only serve to add to a growing problem in and around the village, flooding, not only surface water but effluence from the sewer system can also be spewed up from the drains. We also suffer from a cold water supply issue relating to very low pressure that can last for days.

Traffic in and around the village is often snarled up when there are motorway problems with vehicles, including massive articulated vehicles painstakingly slowly clogging up the village adding to the existing pollution and poor air quality. As there is little in the way of public transport locally, no doubt that each of the new dwellings will have at least two cars so access onto the existing road network can only cause further congestion adding to the pollution levels.

Local amenities are scant and will not support the planned influx of 1,000’s of new residents, will South Warwickshire be responsible for building new schools, doctors surgeries, pharmacies etc, local hospitals are also full to overflowing, have you any plans in that respect, they’ve certainly not been published.
