I object to 6480 homes at site BW as it is not policy compliant as per the adopted 106 Core Strategy. The development will lead to significant harm to the heritage assets, character of the landscape areas. It will lead to loss of greenbelt and there are existing and extensive flooding issues. The development will lead to significant increase in vehicles on the road and put strain on the rail network. Before any development to take place it should be supported by hospitals, GP surgeries, dental surgeries and schools along with sewage treatment plan.
