I object to SG24 as the land is green belt and should not be built upon. The development will have negative impact on wildlife and biodiversity and the existing residents well being will suffer due to loss of green space. The flooding and drainage issues will be exacerbated by development. The proposed development would lead to significant increase in traffic on A34. The educational, health and transport infrastructure will not be able to cope with the additional development and will need to be provided by Solihull Council who have already opposed the plans. The local character and distinctiveness of Hockley Heath will be lost.
