I wish to object to the potential C1 development in Lapworth and Rowington .

I do so on the grounds that we are risking taking away important green belt and the agricultural land within it .

The local roads in the wider area could not support a development of the scale outlined and there is no rail infrastructure to support the scheme either .

The C1 development would impose a massive strain on existing facilities eg schools and medical practices .

The impact on the environment and on important conservation and heritage aspects is also profound .

I would prefer to see brownfield development near or in existing conurbations
