The development will change the character of Hockley Heath village. The infrastructure including school, doctor surgery,[pharmacy is at capacity. The bus service is insufficient. The development will exacerbate the flooding problem. There will be detrimental impact on the environment and species and their habitats.
The new development should be required to provide a park as it will provide space for people to relax and will have a positive impact on people's physical and mental health. It will also help prevent urban sprawl and will help against climate change.
