The determining factor of proximity of the site to the railway station is wrong as the railway is single track, trains don't run during peak hours and car parking at station is limited to 4 vehicles.
The new development will lead to traffic congestion on A46 and A3400 and will be detrimental to residents of Snitterfield.
The land is a green belt and is used to grow agricultural crops. The land at this greenbelt location is unsuitable for development.
The proposal include the land that has been earmarked for tree planting.
The proposal for a medium size town needs to be supported by adequate infrastructure including schools, shops and medical facilities.
