The additional development will put pressure on already low water pressure. The sewer system will not be able to cope. More traffic congestion on Stratford Road and Aylesbury Road leading to more pollution. Development will worsen the surface water flooding. Doctors' surgery and dentist will not be able to serve the new residents. Schools will not be able to accommodate more children. Public transport is poor and more people will put more pressure on the already stretched service leading to more cars and pollution. There will be irreversible loss to the wildlife and the village status of Hockley Heath will change forever.
