This area is most unsuitable. There are many public footpaths and also a lovely woodland (Mockley Wood), which although being private, the owner allows villagers to enjoy the great spread of bluebells every year and to enjoy the woods at other times too. Building here would be a tragedy for wildlife and the enjoyment of the environment by many people. There are other woods as well. Warwickshire is one of the worst counties for woodland cover, so let's not make it even worse.
