I believe the long-term environmental and social impacts of such a settlement would be irreversible. The destruction of local ecosystems, the depletion of natural resources, and the potential for increased pollution are just a few of the things that worry me. Additionally, I have
serious concerns about road safety with the increased traffic this new settlement could bring. Adding more vehicles to our country lanes could create dangerous conditions, especially for pedestrians, cyclists, and other vulnerable road users. I also fear that this development will change the character of our village.
