I'm very concerned about the potential impact of the South Warwickshire Local Plan on Hockley Heath. It appears to me that there is the potential for a huge impact on the existing Hockley Heath residents and the local services.
For instance are you planning to build:
* A new primary/senior school?
* A doctors surgery?
* A police station?
* A dentist surgery?
The existing services are already under pressure and I can't see how they could accommodate more residents. Not to mention that most of the existing services are paid for by Solihull Council tax payers.
Further to the concerns around the provision of services is the additional traffic congestion that would be brought should a significant number of new dwelling be built.
