Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

I believe this would cause significant harm to the character of the landscape and lead to the overdevelopment of the area. We have already accommodated four new housing developments over the last few years with no addition to or improvement of infrastructure.
There is a lack of rail connectivity in the area and inadequate road infrastructure. The new developments in the area have already led to increased traffic and difficulty getting around, impacting local roads (B4086) and also around Alveston, Loxley, Charlecote, Hampton Lucy as well as Wellesbourne (A429). It also takes longer to cross the river as there are only 2 crossings which are severely congested at peak times.
Local schools, doctors and dentists are already at capacity.
The village of Tiddington has retained a separate identity from Stratford Upon Avon through the establishment of a strategic gap of undeveloped land. This distinction should continue to apply but the proposals would erode this.
